📦 What You Provide

  • The full purchase cost of the MLO from a trusted third-party creator
  • The file or access to download it (after approval)
  • Only approved, high-quality MLOs will be allowed into the server

Important: Before purchasing, open a ticket in our Discord to confirm the house you're interested in and what size category it falls under.

📝 How to Redeem

  1. Open a support ticket in our Discord before purchasing.
  2. Submit the link to the MLO you wish to import.
  3. Staff will review and approve if it meets our quality/trust standards.
  4. Once approved, purchase the Imported House package. Provide your confirmation number in the ticket.
  5. We’ll install and assign your property in-game once completed.

⚠️ Ownership Rules & Tax

  • Inactivity over 1 month will result in the house being revoked and removed.
  • You must maintain your house’s ledger in-game and pay monthly tax.
  • Taxes are taken on the 15th of every month. Failure to pay results in automatic property loss.
