Rick Rilla: The Vision Behind Cornbread Roleplay

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Rick Rilla is a community builder, entrepreneur, gamer, and visionary whose passion for creating opportunities for others laid the foundation for what would eventually become Cornbread Roleplay. His journey was never simply about launching another RedM server it was about creating a platform that represented the culture, celebrated creativity, and provided a space where people could truly belong.
Rick firmly believes that God has always been at the head of his life. Through faith, perseverance, and divine timing, doors were opened and relationships were formed that would prove instrumental in bringing his vision to life. Along the way, God placed him in networks of like minded individuals people who shared his passion for community, excellence, and building something greater than themselves. What began as a dream quickly evolved into a mission.
The original goal was simple: provide a platform for the culture. A place where players could immerse themselves in authentic roleplay, build meaningful stories, and feel represented in a space that was often missing their voice. That determination soon led Rick to discover a dedicated team of talented individuals who shared the same vision and commitment. Together, they began laying the foundation brick by brick.
From those humble beginnings emerged a thriving community that has grown into what is now known as Cornbread Roleplay a unique RedM experience built on storytelling, community engagement, innovation, and authenticity. Through countless hours of development, planning, testing, and refinement, the team transformed an idea into a living, breathing world where players from all walks of life can create unforgettable experiences.
Rick has always believed that the vision must come before the provision. Before resources arrive, before success is visible, and before recognition is earned, there must first be a clear vision. That principle has guided every step of the Cornbread Roleplay journey and continues to drive its future.
