Stake your claim and settle down in Cornbread RP with your very own walk-in home. These are physical homes on the map that you can actually enter and own.

• Walk-In Property Ownership
• These are physical homes already placed on the map and marked for sale.
• You can walk into and fully use your home just like any real property.
• Ownership is permanent unless otherwise stated or revoked due to inactivity or unpaid taxes (read below).

• Small: Base price 45$
• Medium: +$15 USD 
• Large: +$40 USD

*If the home sits on a ranch. You must add on + Ranch 49.99 USD

It is strongly recommended that you open a ticket in our Discord before purchasing to confirm the size of the home you want.

1. Open a support ticket in our Discord and ask about available homes and their size.
2. Once confirmed, purchase the appropriate walk-in house package (base, medium, or large).
3. Once approved, purchase the Imported House package. Provide your confirmation number in the ticket.
4. Ownership will be assigned to your character in-game once payment is confirmed.

• If a player is inactive for more than 1 month, their house will be revoked and put back on sale.
• Each house has a ledger system accessible via your housing menu in-game.
• This ledger shows the monthly tax rate for your home.
• Taxes are withdrawn automatically on the 15th of each month from your ledger balance.
• If your ledger does not have enough money, the property will be automatically revoked and resold.
